This working demo video shows that 6 Operating System(OS) are running concurrently on the PEGASUS Hypervisor software on top of an embedded Arm Cortex-R52 MCU hardware board. Allocation of the underlying hardware resources per each OS and the configuration of virtual machines(VM) are easily done dynamically by the PEGASUS. Start/ Stop operation of each VM and allocation of number of virtual processors to each VM are shown. App running on OS is from the game of life algorithm. Caption to describe demo is provided at the bottom of the video.
Many connected cars are already equipped with more than 150 SoC semiconductors, EVs are equipped with several times that number of SoC. In the SDV, the number of semiconductors required is expected to increase exponentially. This leads to the numerous issues below and PEGASUS will sort them out.
Production cost increase
Our solution can reduce production cost.
Increasing complexity in maintenance, after-sales service, and upgrades
Lowers the complexity of maintenance, after-sales service, and upgrades.
The growing complexity of system integration in the development phase
System integration becomes simpler in the development phase.
Vulnerability to the SoC supply chain caused by too many kinds of semiconductor demand & procurement
It is possible to run different OSes simultaneously on a single SoC, which enables mass application of a small number of SoCs, making SoC procurement relatively easy.
The complexity of automotive electrical systems increases
The complexity of automotive electrical systems is reduced.

Key features
Original IP technology
Starting with ‘Xen Open Source’ in 2003 and continuing with ‘Secure Xen ARM’ in 2007, our technological expertise is the longest-standing among ARM hypervisor companies and continues to lead the market to this day.
High compatibility
Our PEGASUS boasts the highest performance and compatibility in the market and will position it as the premier platform for numerous services in the SDV world. You can use market products as they are, without the need to modify the OS and Applications for the hypervisor.
Reducing manufacturing costs
Based on a high-performance hypervisor, it reduces SoC semiconductor usage by an average of 75%, dramatically reducing HW and ancillary device costs.
Enhancing efficiency in design and development
The lightweight SoC configuration significantly improves efficiency throughout the entire process from vehicle design to software development.
Wide H/W support
We have established strong partnerships with a wide range of SoC hardware manufacturers, enabling our software solutions to support most of the hardware boards used in the automotive market. This significantly shortens the development period.
